Late Stay: We will be having aftercare option this summer until 4:30 pm. Please inquire if you need longer hours. Pricing is $60/child per week.
Policies:
Early Bird Discount: Register your child/ren with a deposit on or before February 18th to receive the discounted rate.
Hot Lunch Program: We will be offering a daily Hot Lunch Program, see link here (link coming).
Payment Policy: Payment in full must be received by the camp office before your child will be admitted into camp.
Cancelation Policy: On or before June 3rd, 100% tuition refund. No refunds will be issued after the start of camp. (There is no refund for registration fee or daily absences)
Financial Assistance: All requests for assistance must be received here by Sunday, February 18th. Please note that the deposit must be paid before you can be considered for assistance. Please see tuition assistance form here.
Sibling Discount: There is a 5% Sibling Discount on the total tuition.
T-Shirt's:
T-Shirts are required for the Gan and Grand Gan Divisions and need to be worn on all trip days. Every Camper will receive one T-shirt at the beginning of camp, we will have additional T-shirt available for purchase at $15 each.
Security Fee: Due to the current security concerns worldwide, CGI will be having a full time security guard and we will be charging a $100 security fee per family to help offset the cost.
Enrollment: The camp administration reserves the right to reconsider the enrollment of any camper if we feel the child's needs or level of functioning or behavior can not be accommodated or if we feel the child's conduct limits his or her ability to participate in, or fully benefit from the programs and activities at Camp Gan Israel.
