Requests must be received by February 16. Deposit must be paid before being considered.

- Early Bird Discount: Register with a deposit on or before February 16 to receive the discounted rate.
- Payment Policy: Payment in full must be received before your child will be admitted into camp.
- Cancellation Policy: On or before May 30: 100% tuition refund. No refunds after camp begins. (No refund for registration fee or daily absences.)
- Sibling Discount: 5% off total tuition.
- T-Shirts: Required for Gan & Grand Gan on trip days. One included; extras $15.
- Enrollment: Camp reserves the right to reconsider enrollment if needs/behavior cannot be accommodated.
